Compensation
We offer a total compensation package that includes a competitive base rate,
starting at $21.75, overtime after 8 hours, overtime after 40 hours and on
Saturdays, and double time! We offer consistent schedules, and guaranteed hours!
Overtime is available!!!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all required duties to set-up and operate all company screw extruder
coating machines to preform type of core, inner or final jacket coating
operation following written and oral engineering instructions.
Determine or select tip, die, melt and pre-heat temperatures, wire and feed
screw speeds and other variables to meet requirements for job at hand.
Blend compound, make machine set-ups, supply feed and take-up reels, thread
machines and operate as necessary to coat and print material.
Make all necessary operational compounds, take-up reels and other needs to
maintain continuous operations.
Run specified lengths as directed to fill specific customer requirements.
Detect and report defective material, faulty operation and unusual
conditions to proper supervision. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean
and orderly condition.
Follow environmental, health and safety regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Prior Extruder experience a plus.
Experience with braiding and wire a plus.
Must be 18 years or older
