Job Description:
Works with the Director of External Affairs to develop and implement an outreach strategy which is aligned with John Muir Health priorities. Strengthen relationships to ensure access, visibility and overall awareness. Responsible for strategies and tactics to influence membership growth and retention. Provide knowledgeable, efficient, and excellent service in a courteous and professional manner and assist by responding to inquiries and identifying/resolving issues. This includes triaging/routing appropriately and using multiple systems to locate information and document interactions.
Education:
Experience:
Government relations experience preferred
Experience with marketing including branding, event coordination and leadership and communications
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Maintains professional and personal integrity
Capable of working as part of a team while being self-directed and working independently
Exceptional writing and editing skills, clearly using appropriate grammar and terminology
Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
Agility and flexibility with demonstrated success in rapidly changing environments
Ability to independently generate ideas/solutions to challenges or for continuous improvement
High degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, complete tasks on time, manage high volume workload
Willingness to travel throughout the East Bay
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Proficient in CRM (Sales Force preferable)
Work Shift:
Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$29.97 - $44.96
Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
