Job Description:

The Huffines Express Service Advisor acts as the primary point-of-contact for customers arriving at the dealership via the service department's express lube lane. They provide a world-class experience by genuinely engaging with customers to document requested services and ensures they are rendered in a highly efficient manner while maintaining communication every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Performs vehicle walk-around and documents customer concerns

• Prioritizes required services and be prepared to provide options upon request

• Advises customers of needed work and help them make informed decisions

• Properly documents customer requests for communication to technicians

• Books repair orders making sure everything is correct and complete

• Keeps customer informed on the progress of their vehicle and completion time, service expenses, and possible changes

• Quality checks work making sure it is fixed right the first time

• Spends quality time building relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction

• Handles customers efficiently and effectively from appointment to pickup

• Inform customers when work is complete, inform customer what was done and why, and make future recommendations

• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Prior automotive experience preferred (not required)

• Professional appearance and behavior required at all time

• Have a great can-do attitude with high energy personality

• Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
