Toyota of Hernando is seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing dealership. You are a self-starter, who enjoys solving problems and managing many different projects at once. You understand the value of procedures, and yet you know when to think outside of the box. You are known for your insights and high integrity, your team relies on you to manage many projects that are your customer's vehicles and to deliver the vehicles back to the customer on time. You are constantly growing, learning, and expanding your knowledge. You value the opportunity to provide exceptional service ensuring your customers are safe in their vehicles. Who your customers are and how this role delivers

Your external customers are our clients, prospects, and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors, and contractors. You'll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty, and respect.

OVERVIEW

  • Greet customers as they arrive making them feel welcome

  • Document customer concerns, accurately recording them on the repair order

  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options on request

  • Keep customers informed on diagnosis, repair options, completion times, cost of repairs, and/or changes in the cost of repairs

  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle

  • Document declines for services and asks for follow-up on future service considerations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to deliver a fantastic customer experience

  • Experience in an automotive service management or assistant service management position is preferred however training can be provided for applicants with a strong customer service or management background

  • Must be proficient in English

  • Professional personal appearance

  • Good verbal communication skills
