Export Specialist

Leading International Logistics Company in Rancho Dominguez is seeking a skilled Export Operations Coordinator for their Branch! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Ocean or Air Freight who is seeking the chance to continue their growth and professional development in freight forwarding.

Schedule: M-F 8AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of Export Shipments from A to Z
• Assist customers with the shipment process to include bookings, quotes/rates, tracking/tracing, scheduling pickups, and invoicing
• Enter shipment data into the Company's system
• Provide updates to clients on potential shipment delays in a proactive manner
• Maintain strong relationships with steamship lines, trucking companies, etc.
• Ensure compliance is met at all times for internal and external rules and regulations
• Follow customer established SOPs at all times
• Respond to internal and external emails/requests in a timely manner

Desired Qualifications

• 2 year of experience in Export Operations for Air (Ocean Freight is a PLUS)
• Computer skills
• Interpersonal skills
