Formosa Plastics offers a full line of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and polypropylene resins, caustic soda and other petrochemicals that deliver the consistency, performance and quality that customers demand. We market our polypropylene and polyethylene resins under the Formolene tradename; we market our suspension PVC and specialty (dispersion) PVC resins under the Formolon tradename. We also produce and sell caustic soda, ethylene dichloride, commercial bleach and hydrochloric acid.

Export Coordinator
Position Objective
Coordinate with sales, Customer Service Department, Shipping Department, and customers to ensure timely delivery of all export accounts shipments.
Effective packaged product inventory control for export sales
Resolve export sales related issues.
Coordinate Mexico sales related issues.
Coordinate all aspects of export vessel orders.
Major Areas of Accountability
1.Export Sales Target Management
2.Export Order Processing and Shipping
3.Export Sales Price Management
4.Export Inventory Control
5.Customer Complaint
6.Resolve any export sales related issues such as documentation, freight abnormal, etc.
7.Export Analysis
Export cost effectiveness on bagging and warehouse set up.
Ocean freight rate monitoring for CFR/CIF shipments.
Continuous improvement on cost saving such as packaging, warehousing and trucking freight, etc.
8.Coordinate with Mexico sales agent to resolve sales related issues.
9.Stay informed on export regulation changes (i.e.: Carta Porte, and import tax revisions)
Technical Job Criteria
A minimum of one year of customer service experience/product management or export sales
Fluent in Spanish is a must
Good analytical skill especially proficient of Microsoft Excel
Previous logistics experience is a plus
Efficient use and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and outlook express)
High school graduate. College experience or degree is a plus
