  • Serve as the Export Compliance subject matter expert as an individual contributor
  • Develop manuals and procedures
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits
  • Train fellow employees
  • Conduct denied party screening
  • Draft and administer ITAR and EAR licenses, TAAs and MLAs
  • Make ECCN classification determinations
  • Advise on export compliance issues
  • Submit commodity jurisdiction requests as necessary


  • Hands-on corporate export compliance experience
  • Experience with TAAs & MLAs
  • Experience with State and Commerce Department licensing essential
  • Experience with denied part screening
  • Experience with ECCN classification
  • Experience with technology and deemed exports
  • Experience with commodity jurisdictions
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Relocation assistance available to the Albuquerque, NM area

VIEW JOBS 11/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-11T00:00 Position Summary Perform a variety of duties involved with the enforcement of City land-use, business registration, and property maintenance ordinances; perform field inspections of occupied and vacant properties to determine possible code violations; issue notifications for all code violations; coordinate assigned activities with other City departments and outside agencies and perform related work as required. Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, plus four (4) years of experience in any of the following areas: property management, construction and/or building inspections, enforcement of regulatory codes, property inspections, and/or a related experience.
