IAI is seeking a TECHINT Fusion Analyst to support our Client in Reston, VA.

The selected applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

Develop, process, evaluate and/or prototype multi-discipline TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases.

Create data products and support/develop associated systems which heavily utilize technically-derived data from multiple sources to include MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT.

Lead the assessment of developmental integrated software.

Establish procedures and documentation formats.

Integrate transition processes and implement modifications.

Ensure new products, signatures, and processes meet customer requirements and are understood by non-technical consumers.

Prepare and review quality of technical reports and briefs.

Required Qualifications:

10 years of experience including, but not limited to one or more of the following toolsets: ArcGIS, ERDAS Image, ENVI, RemoteView, IEC, Satellite ToolKit, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, Geodatabases, Link Analysis, Socket Set, Iminer, S-plus, Stella, other physics-based modeling tools, GALE, and other related tools

Significant current experience (i.e., within last 2 years) in TECHINT fusion training/techniques

Current ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Professional Technical Certification (EADP)

Current ASPRS Mapping Scientists in Remote Sensing certification or GIS/LIS certification(s) or equivalent certification

Security Requirements:
Must hold active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

This individual will provide tactical intelligence analysis and engage with DoD resources in theatre on a daily basis. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Determine the credibility, value, significance, and relevancy of information from various data sources to create clear, concise, analytical products to meet customer requests in a timely manner. * Present findings to leadership and senior executives in attendance of internal/external meetings with the ability to explain complex information. * Confirm validity of information and review intelligence products comprising of information and/or data from numerous public and private data sources. * Analyze and assess intelligence against a wide scope of data sources. * Gather, interpret, and compare data to produce reports and establish conclusions. * Deliver analysis findings, and make recommendations based on research. * Develop concepts of operations for processing and analytical initiatives. * Development of functional requirements to support various processing and analytical initiatives. * Utilize technology and data exploitation techniques to provide both proactive and reactive support. SKILLS: * Experience researching, conducting all-source analysis, and producing tactical-level intelligence products. * Experience writing Quicklooks, Baseball Cards, and various other finished intelligence products. * Ability to conduct tactical-level research to develop innovative technical and/or analytic solutions to combine terrorist indicators with other data sources to support both terrorism and other National Security Branch initiatives. Background handling, analyzing, and fusing multi-INT sources such as: IMINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT. * Background in counterintelligence and counterterrorism is a plus. * Experience with target and lead development preferred. * Knowledge of the dynamics of military and regime leadership, national military strategy, terrorism, strategic doctrine, regional relations, internal and regional stability and security. * Practice applying analysis and evaluations to address information gaps and the aptitude to provide new approaches to pinpoint solutions to analytical shortfalls. * Working knowledge of MS Office suite, or experience with standard analytical search engines or public source databases is a plus. REQUIRED: SENIOR LEVEL - * Bachelor's OR Master's Degree with 8 years relevant experience OR 10 years relevant experience OR equivalent Intel/ academic experience. * US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI or be SCI eligible. * Credentialed SME OR specialist in relevant field. * Excellent writing, verbal, and communication skills.
