The Role:
The Experiential Marketing Manager will passionately develop, plan and implement the Americas marketing strategy with a particular focus on events and brand partnerships. They will work closely with various internal, external and international team members to innovatively conduct marketing and communication activities to build the Grenadier brand. Collaborating with marketing partners to develop creative, engaging and on-brand content and activations. Awareness of retail partners requirements and capabilities, ensuring that their events are aligned to the Grenadier brand and sit well alongside INEOS Group events. Supporting the customer community as it develops with engagement on social media and experiences tailored to them. This role will lead the development of partnerships with like-minded brands and personalities to create top-notch activations and content.

For the Experiential Marketing Manager we are looking for:

  • Marketing experience either agency or client side is desirable
  • Event planning and execution experience is essential
  • Exposure to the automotive sector, particularly 4x4s would be advantageous
  • Confident and outgoing, willing to make suggestions and challenge the status quo
  • Self-motivated and passionate, excited to build a new brand with a small team

This pivotal role in the Americas team requires extensive experience, a can-do attitude and an appetite to create top quality events and build sustainable partnerships within the Americas region. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Wasserman also has offices in New York, Miami, Carlsbad, Raleigh, Portland, London, Toronto, Dubai, and Mexico City.<p>The Manager, Production is an integral position on Wasserman’s Experiential Team with responsibility for the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution for Wasserman’s Experiential division. The Manager, Production will ensure that the projects’ relevant operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality as expected by Wasserman and its clients.</p><p>Additionally, the Manager, Production will contribute to the Departments operations, processes, budgeting (for live projects), agency quality control, third-party supplier management.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing various elements of the project from planning through to execution</li><li>Work in a collaborative manner with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed budget</li><li>Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, registration, graphics, event flow, creative, food and beverage, transportation, staffing, venue and labor</li><li>Responsible for ensuring aspects of the projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets</li><li>Develop production schedules, run of shows, and enforce deliverable dates key to program’s success</li><li>Manage and develop the relationships with Wasserman trusted suppliers and third-parties, though out the duration of projects</li><li>Understands the landscape for each client’s business/sector as well as the media context for their investments</li><li>Creates a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values</li><li>Follows all project processes and procedures and quality standards</li><li>Attends conferences, tradeshows, etc…, as necessary to ensure Wasserman always provides best-in-class programs and increases its product offering to industry-leading clients</li><li>Ensures consistent positive working relationships between department and client service team members</li></ul><p><strong>Supplier Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Works with colleagues to ensure that all agency suppliers meet Wasserman standards of sustainability, ethical purchasing, quality control and pricing structure</li><li>Working with the Senior Leadership Team to select and recruit the necessary and most appropriate suppliers for each project and as agreed with each of the account teams</li><li>Oversee successful supplier delivery throughout the duration of each project</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree</li><li>2-4 years relevant / increasing operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines</li><li>Possesses exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing</li><li>Must be comfortable working as a continual partner to all Wasserman team members</li><li>Open-minded mentality, allowing thorough exploration of all ideas and thought starters</li><li>Needs to be a focused, strong-minded individual with ambition to help grow the company</li><li>Must thrive on a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude continuously</li><li>Strong attention to detail and highly organized</li><li>Agency experience preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Competitive salary, unlimited PTO, 401(k) and much more!</p> Wasserman Raleigh NC
