We are looking for an Experienced Versatile Technologist to join our team in a dual-role capacity, working both MIM and EPM
The Major Incident Management Team (MIM) supports the Boeing Enterprise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The organizational goals are to provide quick restoration to all incidents that effect the Boeing IT Operations, Boeing Communications, and Boeing Infrastructure.
The MIM Analysts will be able to facilitate incident calls in a calm professional manner. They will pull System Matter Experts (SME) together to resolve incidents in a timely manner. MIM call coverage is 24/7/365. The MIM Analysts may be required to work weekends, off hours and be available for on call coverage.
EPM Process Analyst Role:
The Enterprise Problem Management Team (EPM) performs Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on all major incidents that effect the Boeing IT Operations, Boeing Communications, and Boeing Infrastructure. The organizational goals are to provide a timely Root Cause and go forward action plans, so the problem does not reoccur.
The EPM Process Analyst will be able to facilitate Root Cause Analysis meeting in a calm professional manner. They will probe System Matter Experts (SME) for information about the incident, how the incident was resolved and how to prevent the incident form reoccurring. The EPM Analysts may be required to work weekends, off hours and be available for on call coverage.

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with hardware and software integration
