Requirements

• A leader and role model for the employees

• Previous Dunkin managerial experience required, 2 yr. minimum

• Top-notch customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent leadership skills

• Must submit to a background check

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task

• Food Safety Knowledge, Serve Safe certification a plus
