Position Overview:

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) division is seeking a highly motivated & skilled Experienced Staff Analyst to support the Director of Engineering - Electrical Design Integration (EDI) Capability based out of Tukwila, WA.

The Experienced Staff Analyst will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives including financial, staffing and engineering deliverables analytics. The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partners with executive leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives

• Partners with the division Business Operations leader to develop an operating rhythm that supports the MS&B EDI portfolio of projects / programs and internal business needs

• Partners with the Workforce & Capability leaders to develop and maintain staffing strategy, training plans, people development pipelines

• Provides data management/analytics for administrative tasks that support the operation of the organization such as deliverables, execution, budget/cost and staffing needs

• Manages the Director's schedule in close coordination with the Stakeholders and team managers

• Coordinates domestic and international business travel, monitors traveler logistics, generates expense reports, and reconciles corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement

• Aids in development of executive level briefings

• Leads logistics planning & facilitation of large meetings/events

• Organizes morale, recognition, service anniversary, retirement and other events in support of MS&B EDI

• Works to develop & digitize standard processes and procedures for efficient business execution

• Occasionally works outside of normal business hours to support statement of work

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Tukwila, WA.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications

• 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

• 3+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions

• 3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership

• 3+ years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Tableau experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Interactive Reporting Environment and ARIBA a plus

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
