As an experienced Software Engineer in our Corporate Enterprise Documents business area, you'll help drive technology strategy direction both for our Corporate business and Enterprise Document areas within an Agile environment.

You'll have the opportunity to:
Create and transition forms/documents into digital formats for Global usage and impact.
Partner with 3rd party vendors to provide solutions to the business.
Work with tools that use AI and machine learning to automate document identification and data extraction, to improve operational efficiency and decrease customer response times.
Be a key player in driving business outcomes using innovative technology products as well as communicating business objectives to the technical team through thought leadership.
Demonstrate independence working in more than one software development layer of the solution. Participate in technical design of features.
Work as part of dynamic team with culturally diverse members, that have a broad range of both technical skillsets and business knowledge, on development of solutions.
Access a wide array of platforms and services for use in application development that provide flexibility and scalability of design.
Participate in a business culture that has a focus our key business objectives, but also supports our community through various initiatives.
Additional preferred technical experience:
API integrations (Rest, SOAP, Salesforce, etc.)
WebSphere or Liberty Server knowledge
Understanding of and or experience with the Agile Scrum methodology.
Proficiency with both BA and QA practices as part of software development.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, such as Continuous Integration, Automation, and Monitoring.
Willing to consider remote candidates.
