Experienced Service Technician For Infiniti

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Infiniti of Springfield. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled labor tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Infiniti vehicles and Nissan. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Springfield, Missouri. This position is an individual contributor role, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Infiniti vehicles

• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and troubleshoot problems

• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used

• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service

• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technicians if needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Automotive Service Technician, preferably with experience working on Infiniti vehicles

• Current certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)

• Excellent mechanical and technical skills

• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

• Must have your own tools
