Your main responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer experiences by delivering quality work on time, leaving work areas spotless, taking pictures, filling out paperwork, and collecting payments. Additionally, you will need to ask qualifying questions and provide tailored recommendations to offer our customers the best solutions to their needs.

You will also be expected to actively participate in training seminars to expand and share your knowledge of EPHA-related services and mentor apprentices by teaching them best practices for exceeding company goals.
