Job Description:

• Consistently execute our systems and standards.

• Directly impact, celebrate, and develop the teams to build sales and embrace our unbridled passion for taking care of our team members and guests.

• Provide and direct team member training and celebrations as established.

• Manage performance of team members including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations following our established programs.

• Help develop the team.

• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring to recommend great candidates for us to hire according to our Red Robin standards.

• Follow all applicable liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards.

• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures.

• Help create a fun safe work environment following our core values and goals.

• Listen to and comprehend team Members and guests over background & equipment noise.

• Frequent hand washing required.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c, and freezer.

• Work with computers, iPad, electronic accessories, food products, and cooking equipment.

• Wear personal protective equipment and required by Red Robin and or mandated by federal, state, and local regulatory authorities.

• Maintain food quality standards and safety.
