We specialize in furniture restoration, repairs, refinishing, and reupholstery, and we are looking for a professional who can bring expertise and a strong work ethic to our refinishing shop.

About Us: In business for over twenty years, Finish Pros has built a stellar reputation in Raleigh, NC, serving both new and repeat clients. Our team consists of a diverse group of master upholsterers and refinishing craftsmen who share a passion for providing outstanding results.

With very little turnover, most of our team members have been with us for 5 to 12 years—when people join Finish Pros, they stay because it's a great place to work. The owner and management are actively involved and supportive, encouraging employee feedback and continuous learning. Job Responsibilities:

Be able to perform all aspects of furniture refinishing from start to finish, including sanding, staining, painting, and finishing. Conduct furniture repairs such as chair regluing, veneer repair, and touch-ups. Handle antique furniture with knowledge and care.

Prep items for restoration and follow detailed work orders. Work efficiently with hand tools and ensure high-quality results. Requirements: Extensive experience in furniture refinishing and repairs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and accept input for continuous improvement. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
