The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier service to customers, managing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is to drive service success through expert problem-solving, timely reporting, and excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide exceptional service and support during field visits or dispatches.

Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks related to plumbing. Diagnose and troubleshoot errors or plumbing issues, providing effective solutions. Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports and document processes.

Ensure all work follows company procedures, safety protocols, and plumbing codes. Drive service vehicles in a safe manner and maintain the vehicle as needed. Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and offering recommendations.

Perform sewer and drain cleaning, including operating sewer cameras for inspection work. Collaborate with the team and share information across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess:

In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards. Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication. Willingness to be part of an "on-call" rotation, including nights and weekends.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks and drug tests. Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 4 years of experience in all phases of plumbing. Working Conditions:

Must be available outside of normal business hours as needed, with on-call rotation required. Work in various indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to climb ladders, crawl, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and lift heavy objects (in excess of 50 pounds). Must have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
