Experienced Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant For Primary Care

Work Schedule: 3-5 days a week. Monday- Thursday hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Fri 8-12:30. No holidays or call.

Our PracticeWe are a small private practice that offers top notch care to women. We have Primary care, OBGYN, Midwives. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Primary Care to perform the full scope of Primary Care.

• Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our primary care patients.
• Perform routine clinical procedures independently including wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals.
• Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients.
• Complete inbasket tasks

Requirements

Education:

Must have: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.

Work Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum –

If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as an NP in Family, Adult, or Primary Care.

If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification

Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
