Responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Oversees and manages outside sales agents with development and execution of new business and existing business growth.
  • Train, and develop sales team to meet company sales goals and objectives.
  • Assisting in the implementation and management of compensation and incentive programs for the outside sales force.
  • Mentoring and leading outside sales team, leveraging their individual strengths.
  • Required to provide processes and procedures in developing new sales growth opportunities for the outside sales team.
  • Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales quota through pipeline growth within each quarter.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field or educational academic equivalent.
  • ISO Experience/B2B
  • 3 years minimum of merchant credit card/merchant processing experience a huge plus
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable sales experience
  • MUST HAVE experience managing an OUTSIDE diverse sales team.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, self-disciplined and self-driven to succeed.
  • Strong experiences with CRM software.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive outside sales team performance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

If you have passed both for a previous job this will make you a stronger match for this and other job opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>Residency Requirements:</p><li>Resided in the United States or its protectorate or territories (excluding short trips abroad, such as vacations);</li><li>Worked for the United States government as an employee overseas in a federal or military capacity; or</li><li>Been a dependent of a United States federal or military employee serving overseas.</li><p><br></p><p>You will be engaged in federal law enforcement activities:</p><ul> <li>Conducting maritime patrols, surveillance and pursuit activities related to land, air, and sea.</li> <li>Conducting high speed vessel pursuits and intercepts of suspect vessels </li> <li>Work in hazardous conditions during the hours of darkness and in times of foul/inclement weather.</li> <li>Searching of vessels and/or persons to gather evidence to support allegations of criminal or terrorist activity.</li> <li>Conducting independent and joint investigations. </li> <li>Working closely with other Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Conducting operations against national security threats to include, illegal drugs and undocumented alien smuggling</li> <li>Conducting joint investigations with other agencies related to border security in the maritime environment.</li> </ul><p>You will be required to travel frequently but should be less that 25%</p><p><br></p><p>This may require extended foreign and domestic travel, Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments. </p><p><br></p><p>This is NOT a supervisory role.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><li>Qualifying USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials</li><li>1 year specialized law enforcement experience</li><li>You must be a US citizen to apply for this position, other classifications will not be accepted</li><li>Must be processes prior to our 40th birthday *waiver for Veterans</li><li>You will be required to carry a firearm</li><li>You must possess a valid state driver's license in the US</li><li>Must meet job related medical, fitness and drug testing standards</li><li>Must pass written exam, vessel practical and structured oral interview</li><li>You will be required to work both regular and recurring shift work</li><p>A combination of successfully completed Post-Bachelors education and experience. This will be calculated using your resume and unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.</p><br><p>OR</p><p><br></p>A Master's Degree or two full years of graduate education in a qualifying progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or a J.D. or LL.B., in a qualifying field (e.g., criminal justice, intelligence, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, and corrections and rehabilitation); <p><br></p><ul><li>Firearm Proficiency: Firearm proficiency is required and is part of the training provided.</li></ul><ul><li>Probationary Period: You must serve a one-year probationary period during the first year. </li></ul><p>You will attend approximately 23 weeks of paid training which includes:</p><p>100-meter swim </p><p>15-minute survival float test that must be passed to complete the course; </p><p>4 weeks of Spanish Language training </p><p>4 weeks of Marine Law Enforcement training. </p><p><br></p><p>Additionally, you will be required to complete certain paid training programs.</p><p>Failure to successfully complete all of the training may be grounds for mandatory removal from the position.<br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Physical Requirements: You must be physically able to perform strenuous duties under rigorous environmental conditions. For example, duties require physical stamina in running long distances, climbing, jumping, etc., withstanding exposure to extreme weather conditions for extended period; and standing and stooping for long periods of time.
