The ideal candidate must be eager to learn and work in a team environment where growth is dictated by the effort they put in. Responsibilities (upon completion of training): Interacting with adjusters and medical providers Sending letters of representation Opening insurance claims Confirming coverages Requesting police reports Preparing DMV forms Negotiating property damage claims Coordinating medical treatment Negotiating bodily injury claims Case management REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1 year of Personal Injury Experience Bilingual English/Spanish Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Well-organized and detail-oriented Easily operate in a fast-paced work environment Reliable and punctual Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skill PREFERENCES Experience handling personal injury matters Knowledge of any legal software program (Filevine, Abacus Law, Clio, etc.)
