Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians who can diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing the appropriate HVAC system repairs.

• Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Perform energy-efficiency upgrades, such as installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts.

• Explain maintenance procedures to customers and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.

• Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied.

• Deliver a high level of customer service.

• Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions.

• Knowledge of recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring proper function of the refrigerant cycle.

• Experience with performing energy-efficiency upgrades and explaining maintenance procedures to customers.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and achieve assigned KPIs and Metrics.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
