HousePro is a growing residential HVAC and home performance contractor in Houston. HousePro residential HVAC technicians take a whole house approach to air conditioning and heating solutions. They must have the ability to make repairs as well as the knowledge to present home performance solutions to customers.

We want to make sure that our customers learn the importance of maintaining their heating and cooling equipment, take steps to improve the efficiency their homes and know when its time to replace their old air conditioning and heating system with a more efficient one.

Job roles include:

Run HVAC service and maintenance calls, drive to sites, properly introduce self and company to customer, performs preventive HVAC maintenance and/or diagnosis malfunctioning systems/equipment to determine the nature of the problem.
Present HVAC repair and home performance solutions
Work with home warranties as needed
Complete all required information on calls on iPad
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area. Complete service by thoroughly cleaning and removing all trash from the work site.

Requirements

EPA certification
3+ years experience in HVAC
HVAC Industry certifications a plus (NATE, BPI, ACCA, etc.) - Higher pay for current certifications
Clean background check
Customer Service Oriented
Working knowledge of HVAC products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.

VIEW JOBS What you will do In this role, you will act as a multi-project team leader, providing local leadership and site coordination support in response to both project and customer requirements. Using established project management techniques, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a field-based project portfolio, driving team productivity and balancing the project's financial goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
