Experienced Hire Recruiting Manager Global Cybersecurity

We are looking for a seasoned Experienced Hire Recruiting Manager to lead Cybersecurity recruiting efforts for Deloitte Global. This entails applying your project management skills to lead direct and indirect reports in a variety of initiatives, including building recruiting infrastructure, owning all facets of the recruiting process, ensuring needs are filled in a timely fashion, reporting progress to multiple layers of executives and ultimately being accountable for meeting the hiring needs of the business.
Work you'll do:
Utilizing your project management experience, you will develop, refine and implement a Global recruitment infrastructure that will be accountable for all facets of the full life cycle recruiting process in multiple countries around the globe
You will also manage requisitions and perform full life cycle recruiting for Cyber roles
Leading a team to ensure recruiting delivers the hires when needed, in the right place, with the right skills and at the right price
Selecting and managing global recruiting vendors to help supplement team efforts (Executive Search, name generation firms, RPO vendors, etc.)
Building and presenting PowerPoint decks to Talent and business executives
Travel to various Cyber Security meetings, primarily in New York, Denver, and Chicago

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting
Experience establishing recruiting for new businesses/service areas and leaders
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Proven ability to prepare C-Suite ready PowerPoint presentations
Experience leading teams of direct and indirect reports
Ability to interact with and influence senior level executives and their support
Proven analytical skills with the ability to gather and crunch complex data and analyze results / trends, and develop strategies for improvements
Ability to travel as needed
Deloitte experience strongly desired
Experience recruiting at all levels, with proficiency at the senior levels
Experience with / knowledge of applicant tracking systems (i.e. Taleo)
