We are currently looking for an individual with passion for the healthcare field and someone that can commit to personal accountability and integrity. An ideal candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate and work in a team based environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
On-site Scheduling for new and existing patients
Documenting and Communicating all details of each appointment with the patient
Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff
Manage the scheduling queue
Answer incoming scheduling calls
Other duties as requested and assigned
Ability to Multi-task
Can Successfully Prioritize Tasks
Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to work Independently and Collaboratively
Strong Customer Service Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required
Basic Computer Skills
Previous call center experience desired
Use of electronic medical record systems and electronic scheduling systems is desired
