Experienced Flooring Installer - LVP

Pay scale:

Responsibilities:

• Installation of various flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, LVP, vinyl, and tile.
• Ensuring surfaces are clean, level, and suitable for new flooring installations.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of flooring materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated spaces under the guidance of senior team members.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Be open to learning and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the flooring trade.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
• Keep work areas organized and clean before, during, and after installations.

Requirements

• Experience with tiling and/or flooring installation.
• 2+ years of LVP installation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Carpentry skills with a focus on precision and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
