Experienced Concrete Finisher

GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS -Primarily small, flat work

• Some Curbing work may be required

• Jack hammering

• Wheel barreling

• Hand work with shovels and rakes

• Maintaining equipment

• Sweeping and clean up

• With the possibility of working weekends, holidays and overtime. PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES -Class D license

• Medical DOT card

• OSHA training

• MA & RI Hoisting License preferred

• Must abide by all safety policies

• Minimum of 2 years experience finishing concrete WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Be able to work in extreme weather conditions & be able to work the snow season

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in extreme weather conditions.

• The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather.

• Works with hazardous materials.

• Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 80lbs several hours a day

• Be able to stand several hours a day
