We work on light to medium size commercial refrigeration and ice machines that is found in most restaurants, schools and hospitals.

We do no work on rack systems or industrial refrigeration. We do no do HVAC work. We are very specialized and focused on type of work we do.

We service all of SE Wisconsin We are looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to become a key member of our team. If you have a passion for commercial refrigeration, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: • Install, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency • Provide exceptional customer service experience Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, we encourage those with HVAC experience to apply • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Past experience with installation of walk-in systems and ice makers a plus Why Join Us: • We are a small business that prioritizes our employees and their contributions to our team • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses • Health insurance • 401K with employer match •Tech get paid from time they leave home to time they get home for the day.
