Experienced Carpenter/ Foreman

Job Description Job Description Requirements for the position are as follows: Honest, Dependable and punctual.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the residential construction industry (within the last 15 years). Superior knowledge of all phases of residential construction (Framing, Siding, Finish work, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Must be able to multitask and work efficiently. Delegate tasks to optimize performance Lead 2-3 crew members daily Excellent Organizational skills Self-starter and understands how to keep projects moving. Proficient at problem solving and thinking on your feet Must have a sense of urgency to get jobs done Ability to interpret blueprints and building plans.

Must have a valid driver's license. Able to pass a background and drug test. Willing to work 40 hrs/week, more if needed.
