What is the position? Evercore Wealth Management, LLC and Evercore Trust Company, N.A. are seeking to hire an experienced Analyst / Paralegal who will be responsible for providing support to our Asset Management Compliance team located in New York.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Counsel/ Chief Compliance Officer and staff in maintaining the Compliance Program for a national trust bank, an SEC registered investment adviser, and a 1940 Act mutual fund.

  • Prepare and disseminate board and committee packages, record minutes, maintain corporate documents

  • Assist with coordination of document requests for internal and external regulatory reviews, track responses and assist with implementing recommendations

  • Assist with management of Bank Secrecy Act/ Anti-Money Laundering program, vendor management program, physical security program and business continuity planning and coordination

  • Create and maintain policies and procedures database

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of the Code of Ethics and the personal trading database; pre-approval requests, surveillance, tracking of initial, annual and quarterly certifications, maintenance of restricted trading list, track managed account letters and provide 407 letters review paper statements, reconcile unmatched confirms, resolve systems issues (e.g., add brokers to system, troubleshoot when a broker feed has not been supplied), initiate and follow-up on system generated certifications

  • Maintain incident reports including code of ethics breaches, error report and complaint log

  • Manage annual mailings/distribution of required compliance communications, including Form ADV, Privacy Notice, 408(b)(2) Service Provider Fee disclosures

  • Gather information for and prepare regulatory filings (13H, 13F, ADV, Form PF)

  • Create, maintain and monitor reports to track and review adherence to various policies and procedures

  • Maintain the ongoing initial and annual review process for accounts. Ensure reviews are conducted timely and accurately. Analyze data and report findings, including reporting for committee meetings. Identify, research and escalate potential issues; follow-up on any exceptions.

  • Track various compliance and policy requirements / board reports

Specific Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in wealth advisory/ private banking compliance, including private equity and 1940 Act funds

  • Technology proficiency and curiosity e.g. with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Advent, APX and database work

  • Corporate governance/ paralegal experience a plus

  • Notary license a plus, but not required

Summary: The Senior Hardware Asset Management Analyst is a member of the Hardware Asset Management team. This position has four primary areas of responsibility for WarnerMedia: (1) Asset Identification and Tracking (2) Technology Asset Disposition, (3) Asset Lifecycle Management and (4) Key Process Area Ownership. This role requires extensive knowledge of broadcast, production, and network hardware. This position frequently requires operating in live broadcast, live studio production, and live signal supply chain areas where previous experience operating in sensitive media environments is necessary. Responsibilities: Asset Identification and Tracking * Responsible for global order logistics, order reconciliation of all classes of technology assets, asset record creation, asset distribution to worldwide support teams, and lifecycle asset tracking for all of WarnerMedia's technology asset acquisitions (see terms) * This position may require guidance from asset management lead with seniority when processing engineered systems & complex production technology acquisitions * Ensure all assets are appropriately and accurately recorded in the asset management system and work with Finance & Operations to ensure the accuracy of the data in WarnerMedia's asset management system and procurement system * Responsible for processing & tracking, and auditing pending equipment repairs, product returns, loaned or demonstration products delivered to WarnerMedia, and asset transfers across the organization * Coordinate project staging and installation with WarnerMedia project managers, global support teams, vendors, and logistics providers for 80+ concurrent projects Asset Disposition Management * Responsible for processing, monitoring and disposing of all broadcast and IT assets * Work with the disposal vendor to ensure proper disposal processes are adhered to and maximum value is obtained from retired assets * Verify adherence to federal and local technology disposal legislation in addition to established WarnerMedia policies * Responsible for the management of the storage areas for disposed assets * Accountable for maintaining WarnerMedia's disposal asset records and certificates of destruction * Ensures SLA adherence and escalates as needed Asset Lifecycle Management * Accountable for managing global inventory for capital surplus assets, operational spare assets, and consumable parts * Comprehensive technical knowledge of the function of all assets in WarnerMedia's inventory is required to facilitate product substitutions due to the inability to acquire new products or cost avoidance opportunities * Maintain secure and organized storage areas across multiple sites in the US and ensure the accuracy of the inventory in both the capital surplus and operating parts * Accountable for designing and maintain effective and efficient process to deliver quality outcomes as required within the organization. * Responsible for auditing compliance of established policies and procedures, system operations, enhancements, and data integrity. * Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations and adherence to process standards * Sets and monitor performance targets with defined KPI's Key Process Area Ownership * Accountable for designing and maintain effective and efficient process to deliver quality outcomes as required within the organization. * Responsible for auditing compliance of established policies and procedures, system operations, enhancements, and data integrity. * Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations and adherence to process standards * Monitors and delegates service request within the KPA to other members of the asset management team * Addresses escalations for incidents and services request related to the KPA * Sets and monitor performance targets with defined KPI's Required Skills: * 6+ years of IT Asset Management experience (IT & Production Hardware) * 6+ years of hands-on experience with IT, broadcast, networking and entertainment media systems hardware * 6+ years of direct interaction with customers, vendors procurement services and logistics providers * 2+ years' experience with SAP, Ariba and ServiceNow * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, asset management systems, & procurement tools * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (Engineering or IT-related major preferred) Desirable Skills: * Direct knowledge of IT asset disposal requirements and procedures * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (Engineering or IT-related major preferred) * IAITAM certification(s) * Other technical, procurement or logistics certifications The Perks * Exclusive WarnerMedia events and advance screenings * Paid time off every year to volunteer for eligible employees * Access to well-being tools, resources, and freebies * Access to in-house learning and development resources * Part of the WarnerMedia family of powerhouse brands Warner Media, LLC and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
