Today at Apple is the brand for all Apple Retail experiential programming, which includes daily hands-on educational sessions, high profile programs and performances, kids educational sessions, and more, across all stores worldwide.We are looking for an Experience Manager to join the Today at Apple Programming team.

This role is responsible for the ideation and development of programs with a focus on Music for Apple Retail across customers and audiences ranging from youths, entrepreneurs and educators. A successful Experience Manager will be able to translate the creative capabilities of Apple's product eco-system into unique learning experiences that will inspire and educate users of all levels.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in an exciting area of Apple Retail.

Key Qualifications
7+ years of program development experience with a focus on Music.Proven success building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.Must be resourceful, creative and results oriented, while working with high energy.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, persuade and communicate complex topics with clarity.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Extremely well organized, methodical and efficient, with the ability to independently problem solve in realtime.Collaborative, hands-on approach to work.Experience managing complex, projects and partnerships (both internal and external) with tight timelines.Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and effect change efficiently and quickly.Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging retail and live experience trends integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness.Written and oral English fluency required.


Drive the ideation, development, and implementation of live, instructional experiences with a focus on Music across Apple Retail locations worldwide

Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging marketing trends and methods, and integrate these practices into the development of new programs and live experiences.Within the Music discipline, guide the creation of new programs, which operate daily, weekly and monthly, working with multi-disciplinary experience and creative teams to bring these to life.Collaborate with key cross-functional partners across the organization to ideate, develop, and design new retail programs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure appropriate lead times for flawless in-store execution, asset creation, feedback, collaboration and reviews.Understand and track programming success metrics and goals to drive future ideation and program development.Maintain a global perspective on consumer, education, technology, and business trends.

Join us as a Creative Arts Teacher and you will serve as curricular leader and resource to teachers and others in the center and meet Bright Horizons expectations of excellence including NAEYC accreditation, World at Their Fingertips program for learning and Reggio Emilio approach. The Creative Arts Teacher will set up and maintain the Project Room, train teachers while respecting and maintaining the high quality enrichment programs, and engage children in both art and music activities that are age-appropriate. Job Requirements As a Creative Arts Teacher, you will: * Take a leadership role in working and planning the curriculum for art and music based activities * Be a playful, energetic team player who enjoys art projects, singing, dancing, educating others, and multi-tasking * Coordinate and lead teacher training sessions, including collaboration with Director and Education Coordinator utilizing the support (resources, materials, consultation, and participation) * Implement and enhance World at Their Fingertips program for learning incorporating various methods of artistic and musical expression * Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings; initiate and lead discussions on educational issues in order to promote sharing of best practices for building quality within the center and to explore curricular issues * Assist in organization and participate as trainer for center based annual training days * Coordinate, plan and facilitate quarterly teacher trainings for use at center staff meetings * Support the achievement of NAEYC accreditation * Develop and submit weekly plans of activities and projects for children * Cover in classrooms to meet ratios as needed * Support parent/guardian partnerships Job Requirements: * Minimum age of 18 * Must have bachelor's degree in related field with at least 24 ECE/Child Development units completed * Minimum of 1 year professional teaching experience * Meet state educational licensing and additional center/school requirements * A passion for child care and making a difference in the lives of young children * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Proficient in use of Apple products such as the Mac and iPad. * Excellent knowledge and use of Apple's core software applications used in education (Pages, * Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, GarageBand and Clips) as well as other education-related third party apps * Knowledge of the Apple Teacher program and related resources for developing a baseline proficiency of Apple products for teaching and learning. * Exemplary use of digital resources across multiple curricular areas.
