The Experience Manager- HR Systems acts as a strategic partner in identifying opportunities and solutions to engage employees in simple, effective high quality experiences that improve and connect the HR technology landscape. Support cross-functional efforts by guiding the experience strategy through the product lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of enhancements. Facilitate program design and technical partnerships to align common goals for delivering functionality through technology by understanding what's possible and what it will take to get there.
What you'll do in your role.
Build productive working relationships across the HR organization. Understand the desired user experience and current pain points related to HR technology solutions. Utilize feedback, data, and insights to identify and assess opportunities to improve the user experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Create an experience and design strategy and guiding principles to provide program and technical partners with the framework for engaging in high quality program and technical design outcomes.
Provide an HR program centric overlay to the technical architecture in order to support HR technology investment strategies, sequences and prioritization.
Partner with P&T to influence solutions in a positive way for HR and end-users through the requirements, design, deployment and post launch stages of a project.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
The experience you'll bring.
4-7 years System implementation, enhancement or support experience.
2-4 years Business process management experience
2-4 years WorkDay experience
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to problem solve and offer up solutions
Familiarity with various HR technology solutions.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions
