To assist Bristols clients, vendors, and employees by processing relocation related expenses efficiently and effectively, by providing timely and accurate reporting, and being a resource for relocation tax specific information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Audit of relocation related expenses for the following: inclusion in relocation policy or approval by exception, accuracy, taxability, and relevancy to relocation. This function includes data entry into the Bristol Elite system, communication with clients, vendors, and mobility advisors regarding issues, corrections, or concerns related to incoming expenses.
  • Preparation of accurate payroll reporting for clients which may or may not include gross-up calculations. These reports happen per a schedule determined by the client. This function also includes quarterly reconciliation reports and year end reconciliation reporting along with Relocation Tax Report preparation and distribution.
  • Additional expense reporting based on the clients requests during the year. This function can include pre-determined scheduled reporting, one-time ad-hoc report requests, and quarterly, semi-annual, or annual client review meetings preparation and attendance.
  • Assisting clients, vendors, and other Bristol staff in understanding or explaining gross-up policies, expense taxability per IRS rules and regulations, management report requests, and other duties or requests deemed appropriate by management.


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Thanks to the professionalism, diversity, spirit and friendliness of our people, we have locations across the U.S. The Information Technology Department has an opening for a Telecom Billing Analyst. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona or Pleasanton, California. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Administrator for the Rivermine and Invoice approval workflow systems. * Add new items to Rivermine and Invoice systems: cost allocations, vendors, accounts, GL strings, new approvers, etc. * Manage all TEM/Invoice issues with system upgrades, feeds, testing, rejected items, etc. * Upload bulk content to systems as required (i.e.: cost allocations, invoice distributions). * Run and manage inconsistency reporting for carrier pricing and work with TEM team to submit disputes on accounts as needed. * Create new process flow in Invoice Approval system for telco 3rd party invoices and train users. * Responsible for weekly reconciliation of order information with invoices. * Provide order and billing corrections that results in credits and billing disputes * Provide inputs to financial guidance on telecom billing forecasts and projections. * Responsible to TME and telecom provider vendor communications and coordination * Other projects as requested by management. * Run AirWatch reports as needed for various asset requests. * Manage wireless devices/virtual lines and ensure accurate inventory updates in TEM. * Update and manage the Cradle Point usage for the right billing plans. * Set up and manage all push reports for telecom spend to end users. * Schedule and manage accrual reports from TEM * Setting up hierarchies in TEM system for reporting requirements. Qualifications: * Minimum with a college degree * 5+ years procurement and telecom expense management experience, 10+ years technical systems experience * Strong Skills with Lawson financials, Rivermine/Tangoe, Microsoft Office/Outlook, Advanced Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, able to review and find errors in coding logic * Self-starter with a proven track record of demonstrating critical thinking, working well under pressure and able to manage time with minimal to no supervision. Have a willingness to succeed and see all tasks to completion. * Must have ability to analyze and make key decisions relating to business process flows for IT Finance telecom expense management and IT invoicing workflow. * Be a leader and exhibit willingness to drive new approaches and ideas, removes roadblocks for improvements and consistently challenges processes/services. * Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community. * Ability to analyze and redesign business processes relating to IT TEM and invoicing approvals. * Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts as needed. * Ability to develop and deliver reports, system support, and manage upgrades as needed. * Ability to liaise with key stakeholders and manage expectations as needed.
