OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Packages and prepares menu items; present orders to guests
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows company food handling and safety procedures.
Stocks, rotates and organizes food products and paper goods at front service assembly area.
Prepares proper tray presentation of dine in orders; properly packages takes out orders.
Assembles orders by reading tickets, calling out order to cook and adding sides or any other accompaniments.
Communicates with food prep persons in order to ensure that food items are restocked before they are completely used.
Presents orders to guest; repeats the order; thanks guest and makes parting statement.
Cleans and sanitizes entire work area including equipment, tools and storage containers.
Utilizes total guest satisfaction and pleasantly/quickly corrects mistakes and answers guest questions.
Assists in training new expeditors.
Periodically preforms additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to communicate with guests.
Must write/read/speak English.
Must be able to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company standards.
Must successfully complete CBC training.
