Job Purpose

  • Have work printed out on product or products assigned at least 3 days out.

  • Make sure all necessary backup to their product is attached, patterns, plans, drill sheets, etc.

  • Review Order Change Report at least 2 times a day am and pm

  • Log any errors caught on work orders in Echelon Reporting

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have work printed at least 3 days out on product or products they are assigned

  • Log any errors that are caught on work order or backup paperwork in Echelon Reporting

  • Review Order Change Report at least 2 times daily. Am and pm.

  • Need to cross-train to assist in tech check-in when needed.

  • Print pick tickets by 2 pm for their product or products.

  • Log in red on the tracking sheet jobs that installed and had issues that could have been prevented but not found.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Education HS diploma

  • Experience - none

  • Specialized knowledge on the job training

  • Skills ability to be self-motivated, detailed and work with sense of urgency when needed.

  • Bilingual preferred but not required

Working Conditions

Office environment.

Physical Requirements

Mental focus and ability to not be easily distracted.

Will need to load copier with paper when it runs out.
