Team Driven Real Estate - The Snyder Group, Preheim Group, Barker Group, and Banaga Group have sold over 500 homes in the last 24 months and OVER a Billion Dollars of real estate in the Las Vegas, Henderson, Phoenix, and So. Cal markets and are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, hard working, team player to align with us in our NEWEST North Las Vegas Team! In 2016 we ranked #9 out of over 13,000 agents in sales volume and units closed and in the top 10 in 2017!

The Opportunity:

This is your opportunity to grow and use our proven success formula to create an amazing business! You will be a partner with the Las Vegas and Henderson team that will be funding the marketing, administrative support, inside sales support, and training. Our team members make more money and have more fun doing it (our experienced agents average 3+ closed transactions per month). In 2016 our agents averaged 24 deals per agent whereas the Las Vegas average is 6 deals a year!!!

  • Licensed Realtor with at least 18 closed transactions in the last 2 years.

The Opportunity: * Ensures compliance with state, local and federal laws and company policies. Adherence to record compliance, retention and HRIS system tracking. * Supports Associate Relations & Labor Relations by administering and advising all levels of associates on company policies, procedures, union contract administration, grievances and benefit programs. Facilitates labor management meetings & associate engagement events. * Provides disciplinary action approval. Supports Payroll, Leave of Absence/ADA administration, termination process and exit interviews. * Provides counseling and recommends resolution to associate/supervisory union and nonunion issues. Ensures Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved effectively. * Conducts investigations, fact-findings and resolves conflicts as they arise. Counsels and provides referral resources for work-life balance. * Ensures the effective training and development of supervisors and associates on the floor. * Provides coaching, facilitates discussions and makes recommendations for non-exempt associates' and D/C Supervisors' development needs. * Consults with coach trainers, D/C Supervisors and associates on the floor to follow up on operational issues, such as work methods, productivity and new hire follow-up. * Proactively strategizes with management to recruit new hires based on production requirements. Sources, interviews, and selects external candidates up to Supervisory level. * As appropriate, administers internal recruitment and selection process including bargaining unit positions. Proactively develops and implements alternative staffing sources and represents the Company at job fairs. Who We Are Looking For: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is required. * Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques. * Knowledge of HR/labor laws, proven ability to handle confidential information Solid verbal and nonverbal communications skills, good interpersonal skills, coaching and counseling skills. * Knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Systems, Kronos and Oracle preferred * Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs/vacation coverage. * Bilingual a plus What's In It For You?
