QUALIFICATIONS: ? Possession of a valid Administrative Credential required ? Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required ? Evidence of at least 4 years of after school experience required ? Bilingual ability in Spanish and English required ? Master's Degree from an accredited college/university, preferable in education desirable ? Successful teaching experience at the elementary or middle school level desirable ? Evidence of the ability to organize adults, students, and material resources highly desirable. ? Computer skills, knowledge of database and word processing, graphics program, data analysis software, website design and marketing ? Able to work with diverse ethnic, gender, age, and cultural groups ? Interest and commitment to community service and education ? Experience in areas related to program responsibilities ? Candidate must be fingerprinted and TB tested ? Possession of valid California driver's license

The administrator is responsible for leading the organizational effort to develop innovative programs and expand learning opportunities for students.
