TriStar Centennial Medical Center is a 657-bed comprehensive facility offering medical and surgical programs including behavioral health, 24-hour emergency, heart and vascular, imaging, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics, rehabilitation, sleep disorder, and women's services. An affiliate of TriStar Health, TriStar Centennial Medical Center's 43-acre campus is home to TriStar Centennial Heart & Vascular Center, TriStar Centennial Women's Hospital, The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial, Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at TriStar Centennial Medical Center and TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion.

Centennial Medical Center is currently looking for an Exercise Physiologist.

Exercise Physiologists (EPs) assess and evaluate patient's current condition and readiness for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Wellness related physical activity and behavioral interventions. Educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members. EPs must use independent and considerable judgment in providing a wide variety of services.

Responsibilities:
1.Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
2.Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
3.Record patients' medical information and vital signs. .
4.Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
5.Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
6.Assists patients to maintain necessary lifestyle changes for improved health
7.Develops and implements Exercise Prescription for patients with Cardiac and Pulmonary Disease based upon

indications and contraindications for this population
8.Develops and implements Exercise Prescription for healthy individuals
9.Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in clinical exercise physiology
10. Educate patients and family on risk factors of CAD/COPD and how to control or modify risks
11. Works with a multidisciplinary staff to assure appropriate exercise and clinical goals are achieved
12. Maintain performance improvement activities within department
13. Meets current documentation standards and policies
14. Assists and participates in development and operation of new service areas
15. Communicates appropriately and clearly to physicians, staff and administrative team.
16. Provides community education when appropriate.
17. Supports the facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or Related Health Science.
2.BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
3.Demonstrated experience requirements for the duties identified in sections I and III.

Job Summary The PBX Operator: * Answers and processes incoming calls in a busy healthcare environment * Provides directions and information to internal/external customers General Essential Functions * Ability to handle multi-line phone system * Ability to provide directions and information to the general public * Answer and direct incoming calls * Responds quickly and accurately to disaster and emergency situations as required, remaining calm * Performs overhead paging * Monitors all alarms located in PBX and notifies appropriate personnel as required. * Accurately utilizes the features of the PBX consoles, headsets, telephones, and other related equipment * Assist with maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security of the PBX area. * Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of patient an organizational data. * Ensures release of information is consistent with all privacy policies. * Serves as backup to information specialists * Provides customer service\ * Supports the facilities Standard of Performance and ICARE Values * Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with all internal and external customers * One year experience involving significant information distribution to the public preferred * Six months receptionist experience preferred * Computer skills to include keyboarding * Demonstrated experience with each of the required areas of expertise in general essential functions below * High school Diploma/GED HCA Nashville TN
