Ownership of leadership team master calendar to include scheduling, updating and communication of events/activities
Assist leadership team with travel and expense reporting
Assist leadership team by coordinating site meetings, customer visits, events and conferences
Arrange and set up conference calls and video conferences, site wide events
Organize, manage, track and communicate project deadlines to ensure deadlines are successfully met
Use strong organizational skills to aid others in being more productive.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings for company president
Prepare visitor notifications for customer, interviewee or other site visitors for the leadership team
Coordinate event and supply logistics for the associate action team
Manage site events to include benefits events, flu shots, company party, etc.
Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
Limited coordination of lunches for site wide events / meetings (customer meetings, employee events), and limited ordering of supplies for site wide needs
Anticipate and prepare materials needed for interviews, meetings, and conference calls may include the draft setup and/or typing of meeting agendas, reports, presentations, emails and letters
Use independent analysis and judgment to compile reports, presentations, charts and graphs in support of site activities
Create and maintain various department reports in Excel including budgets, expense reports and purchase orders.
2 years' experience or degree equivalency in lieu of experience
Experience in Microsoft office suite to include word, excel and power point
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Bachelor's degree preferred
Expertise in SharePoint and server/cloud based file sharing systems
Advanced presentation building and business writing skills
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data for reports & presentations
Proven track record of continuous improvement and automating manual processes.
