Our client, a boutique investment firm in Midtown is looking to hire a star Executive/Personal Assistant to support their Founder. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, have the ability to think and operate strategically and be highly proactive. The position requires 3-5 years of executive assistant experience out of finance. This person will also help run the office overall and will take on ad hoc projects as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule meetings, appointments and dinner reservations
Manage and arrange all domestic and international travel
Maintain Executive’s calendars and keep key people apprised of changes
Submit expense reports
Assist with office management duties (inventory, ordering, liaising with building and vendors)
Keep Executive organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies
Run personal errands as needed
Liaise with Executive's family and keep calendars in sync
MUST have high regard for confidentiality
Ad hoc personal projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years executive assistant experience in finance
Proactive, forward-thinking
Ability to manage up
Exceptional judgment
Excellent written and verbal skills
SALARY $125-140K base + discretionary bonus + full benefitsHOURS8:30am-5:30pm + availability as needed after hours 5x a week in person#IND1
