The Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine is looking for a responsible, creative, and fun Executive/Personal Assistant to provide personalized and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. In addition to school-related tasks, youll work in a one-on-one basis on a variety of functions related to Juliet Blankespoors (the Director) working and personal life. This full-time position comes with excellent benefits and a highly competitive salary (commensurate with experience). Your work is primarily fulfilled onsite in a family setting (home office), but some work will be from your home. Youll work intimately with our small team in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. We are a high-touch online company and prioritize student support. To that end, youll be directly communicating with students and prospective students, so its imperative that youre an active and transparent communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a patient and compassionate demeanor.
This position is for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys a diverse set of projects and tasks that change daily. Youre ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work necessary to support the Director and the team. If you dont know how to complete a task, you research the best way to get it done and learn the necessary skills. You are often described as a go-getter. You thrive on distilling chaos into ordered systems, and you love prioritizing projects and tasks, creating timelines, checklists, and methods that nurture productivity.
To help ensure all aspects of this position are performed as expected, measurable metrics will be provided along with regularly scheduled performance reviews.
