The qualified candidate will bring their expertise and leadership to establish goals / KPIs for effective sales and marketing methodologies.
Create yearly Business Development plan and budget with executive management.
Manage and oversee day to day operations of Business Development department
Mentor, guide, and implement coaching plan for business development team.
Oversee internal and external marketing resources
Monitor and manage sales and marketing budget.
Review and consult on sales presentations and tactics.
Direct and oversee the effective utilization of company CRM system (Dynamics 365). Strong Sales Automation Tool Experience.
Develop data driven marketing techniques that maximize marketings effectiveness.
Oversee or directly manage major accounts and critical developing opportunities.
