Executive Support Analyst

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the President, CEO and Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, the Executive Support Analyst performs high-level analytical and administrative support to ensure the Executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts research, data analysis, and data interpretation; to include the anticipation of potential issues and proactively develop solutions, keeping the executives informed and prepared.

• Conduct assigned data collection projects, build comprehensive reports, develop actionable recommendations based on data insights.

• Prepares content, reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Assists the Administrative Assistant role; Executive calendars, meetings, conferences and serves as a backup for all Board of Directors tasks.

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required

• Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field is required

• Minimum 1-year administrative experience with senior management
