POSITIONThere is currently one (1) full-time Executive Secretary-Bilingual/Biliterate position available, eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, twelve (12) months per year located at the District Office in the Superintendent's Office. The tentative work hours are 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. An eligibility list will be established to fill current and future vacancies for both positions.If you wish to be considered for a BILINGUAL/BILITERATE position, please indicate in the supplemental questions you will be asked at the end of the application process. EDUCATION: Graduation from high school or equivalency and two years (48 semester or 72 quarter units) of college-level course work in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
