We are seeking an Executive Recruiter at the Manager or Senior Manager level with business experience and a strong background in executive recruiting as a trusted recruiter and advisor to clients and individuals. This person must be able to work closely with the Managing Director and upper management of clients that range from small business to Fortune 500 companies. How you will contribute:
Expert knowledge level in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and to develop an organized plan of processing and follow through.
Ability to develop and win new projects by using business development skills. Help grow the service line
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Assist companies on key hires and individuals make impactful career changes through high trust, candor, and active networking through company relationships, associations, referrals, online resources such as LinkedIn and cold calling
Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable, flexible, and professional

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred but not required
Extensive experience with executive recruiting
Background in business development or sales a plus

Pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range displayed is for the Colorado market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. FORVIS reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
