The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the candidate selection process of C-Suite executives looking to do meaningful work as a Vistage Executive Coach. Our Coaches are a distinguished group of accomplished business leaders who have led organizations in a wide range of industries. Some have owned businesses, many have been CEOs of domestic and international companies, and all are united by a desire to share their insight and expertise to guide other business leaders on their path to personal and professional excellence through executive business coaching.
Identify candidates matching candidate profile, build talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies
Partner with and influence C-Suite Executives throughout interview process
Ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and utilize to educate candidates on target market data
Help drive high-volume, with continuous candidate nurture to ensure a consistent healthy pipeline of candidates
Inspire candidates by educating them on the Vistage Executive Coaching practice and our purpose-driven work
Perform behavioral and performance-based interviews via phone and video with C-suite candidates
Manage the day-to-day details of the Executive Coach Selection process and positively interface with candidates throughout the process
Extend agreements and follow up on all details including assessments, contracts, background checks, and attendance to our world class Chair Academy
Maintain regular tracking of candidates in the pipeline to ensure that we have the data and information that we need to predict our success
Reports directly to the Senior Director of Chair Acquisition
5+ years of sales and recruiting experience of executive leadership talent in a competitive market
Successful track record with 10+ years of high-volume candidate selection best practices including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing of high-level executive candidates.
Ability to understand and convey opportunity complexity in a polished and professional manner and to capture the attention of busy, C-level candidates
Experience recruiting for the same role in high volume is preferred
Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Very strong influence skills. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
Tenacity, tact, self-assurance, grit, ability to think on one's feet and to know when to apply more pressure and when to give in
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment, and adapt quickly to changes
Ability to develop strong rapport with candidates, internal employees and SVP partners
Growth mindset, proactive and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
Experience working with Salesforce and/or other applicant tracking systems
Compensation Range: $88,000 - $141,000
