You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.

From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.

The Executive Search team is an exciting and focused group - responsible for hiring at the Leadership level across all of Google. We are trusted talent advisors to leadership, relied on for advice about the external talent market as well as how it compares to the talented Googlers we already have in the organization.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google for success today and well into the future. You will have the drive, motivation and passion to disrupt the talent landscape and deliver incredible customer and candidate experience. You will have the intellectual curiosity, problem solving capability and drive to build the leadership at Google.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in executive recruiting in the technology sector.

  • Executive recruiting experience in one or more of the following enterprise technology sectors: Cloud technologies, infrastructure, storage, database, analytics, machine learning, Enterprise applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a manager or individual contributor that influences like a leader.

  • Domain knowledge of executive search best practices and expertise in executive talent acquisition.

  • Proven ability to mentor teams and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.

  • Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.

  • Provide outstanding guidance to clients as they define their leadership talent needs to best match the needs of Google and the talent in the market.

  • Engage our research team, online channels and other search resources to identify, engage, evaluate and recruit executive level candidates.

  • Guide the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent communication and incredible client service.

  • Develop an understanding of each candidate's leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role.

  • Be a domain talent expert, providing strategic insights based on your knowledge of the relevant talent pool that will help our clients and people partners make informed organizational decisions.

Preferred qualifications: * Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a leader. * Knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition. * Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity. * Serve as lead Recruiter with individual client's organization. Deliver a customer and candidate experience. * Demonstrate domain expertise and thought partnership to client organizations and business/functions. Lead client meetings, including presenting fully assessed candidate slates, providing candidate in-process updates and assisting clients with candidate ranking and calibration. * Engage with prospective candidates in the market at conferences, events and capture detailed information. * Direct and monitor the activities of executive researcher assigned to search. Work with research team to identify, engage, and evaluate, and recruit executive level candidates. * Perform detailed competency-based assessment of candidates as they move through the candidate pipeline.
