Overview

Golden State Foods is seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter with a deep passion for sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior-level and executive positions. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future leadership of our organization by bringing in exceptional leaders to propel our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive recruitment, outstanding relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. While the primary focus is on senior-level roles, this position is perfect for a collaborative team player who is ready to assist with recruitment efforts at all levels as needed.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for senior-level and executive roles.

• Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain a strong network of executive talent across the foodservice and related industries.

• Manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners when necessary.

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and best practices in executive recruitment.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 10+ years in high touch salaried recruitment

• Internal corporate hiring and agency recruitment experience required

• Extensive experience recruiting senior-level and executive roles

• Open to recruiting at all levels as needed including frontline support

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• High level of discretion and professionalism
