We're looking for an Executive Recruiter to attract and hire the best and brightest executive and leadership talent for Pinterest. Our strength as a recruiting team lies in our ability to strategize with leaders to build and scale teams and hire individuals who collectively make up our unique culture. Reporting to the Global Head of Executive Recruiting, you'll develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Pinterest for success today and well into the future. You will work on a range of projects including executive searches, succession planning, and market mapping. You'll have the drive, motivation, and passion to disrupt the talent landscape and deliver incredible customer and candidate experience. You will have the intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capability and drive to build the leadership at Pinterest.
This is a full-time position that will be based anywhere in the US.
What you'll do:
Provide outstanding guidance to hiring managers to shape their talent needs to best match the needs of Pinterest and the talent in the market
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process at the leadership and executive-level including partnering with hiring managers on position specifications, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing the interview process, assessing candidates' skills, experiences and attributes, and completing offer discussions
Play a lead role in engaging candidates and facilitate a positive onboarding experience
Work closely with the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent, detailed communication and incredible client service
Develop a deep understanding of the candidate's leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role
What we're looking for:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience recruiting senior-level talent; preferably with some experience with full lifecycle recruiting
Direct recruiting experience in a technical company preferably a consumer product organization
Prior experience consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment
Strong track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business
Strong domain knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good judgment and executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior executives
Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity
Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills is desirable
