Job description Kimmel & Associates has been in the Executive Search (Recruiting) business for over 40 years. We are looking for special people to be recruitment professionals for our nationwide executive search firm.

Our professional Executive Recruiting Consultants are trained to be subject-matter experts in the construction, supply chain, or waste & recycling industries Our Executive Recruiting Consultants assist companies of all sizes to find and hire exceptional talent for their organizations, partnering with them throughout the hiring process. All Executive Recruiting roles are commission based. We demand high effort and performance; we also recognize and reward those who meet the challenge. Requirements: We prefer applicants who have a four-year degree and a background in sales, but we are open to anyone who is willing to work hard and pursue excellence.
